Technical overview
It is a device that prevents falling bridges of the upper girder of the bridge by limiting excessive horizontal force when an earthquake occurs by installing steel protrusions on the girder or lower structure.
In particular, the steel bearing type shear key is a shear key type that can be applied easily, inexpensively and stably to seismic reinforcement of existing bridges.
Technical features
The seismic reinforced steel support type shear key is made of welded structural steel (SM355), which is a structural steel, and has excellent durability against external force.
Stainless sliding plate and fluorine-based DU plate are applied to the upper and lower parts of the shear key to accommodate abrasion resistance and smooth displacement to prevent damage to the frictional contact and suppress rust.
By applying the Non Slip Anchor System, the horizontal force is transmitted to the anchor without slip phenomenon, and it is a structure that maximizes durability by preventing the anchor bolt from loosening and managing the bolt's torque.
